How it works

Rather than using the usual word salad approach,  we have provided an outline structure on which our coaching modules are curated and built upon.

Rapport

The Rapport Stage is when your fitness and lifestyle management coach establishes understanding and trust.

Obviously it takes time for trust and understanding to fully develop between the coach and the individual. This natural process of rapport building is based on honesty.

We need you to start throwing honesty bombs at this stage. Remember to take your time and build slowly.

A stage which is also known as a stage of gathering information based on various factors which allows the coach to take a step further into the individual’s life by understanding past history with any mental health practitioners.

Medications, workout regimes any sort of information that is related to the individuals mental health and physical fitness is of great importance to the coach.

By now the coach has enough information to start formulating a cohesive plan of action which features coaching and personal training, throughout each phase of your fitness and lifestyle management module.

The coach and the individual work hand in hand to create better outcomes both mentally and physically.

Once the investigation and planning stages are complete, we start implementing the information and create a plan of action which more or less works like a guide book to help achieve the goals you have formulated.

We follow one rule which is working as a team, so be ready to put in the effort.

An honest approach to coaching is of prime importance at Turtle Head Concept – hence so much emphasis is given while formulating a fitness and lifestyle management module.
